All orders are fulfilled by Amazon through our online store, AC Parts Depot. Items are shipped from the closest Amazon warehouse in accordance with the shipping option of the customer's choice, including Amazon Prime.
Customer service and credit card billing are also handled by the Amazon customer service team. Questions regarding order status, tracking, and billing can be answered by logging onto your Amazon account, or by calling Amazon Customer Service at 866-216-1072.
